- Resolve collections by OPERA and product short names, inspect actual spatial/temporal coverage, then paginate all matching granules for the common bbox/window. Preserve collection concept IDs, production versions and asset roles. Do not assume all OPERA suites cover Nepal. Exhaust the declared result set and all exposed pagination; retain original records and metadata. A provider limit or failed retrieval is a partial outcome, never a zero-result or complete run.
