Aim
Identify event-specific UNOSAT analyses and their downloadable products.
Source and interface
UNITAR/UNOSAT — UNOSAT product catalogue
Search method
Retrieve UNOSAT product catalogue, resolve its public search interface, search event code FL20260826NPL and Nepal/Rasuwa date variants, paginate every returned product and retrieve each event-specific product detail and listed assets. Seed known product IDs 4257,4258,4259 from the prior HDX run; supplementary API resolution steps are logged before request. Actual request URLs and bodies, including pagination and endpoint recovery, are in search-reports/2026-09-07-remote-sensing-queries.json under RUN-20260906-017.
Criteria
All languages and cloud levels. Spatial searchesWGS84 [84.3976, 27.732, 85.5508, 28.35], 2026-06-27T00:00:00Z through 2026-09-06T22:29:34Z. Event releases retain their supplied historical references.
Coverage
Event products: source-defined event release and historical references; spatial queries WGS84 [84.3976, 27.732, 85.5508, 28.35] from 2026-06-27 to frozen run start. Baselines retain stated source epochs. Native unit: UNOSAT product records.
Stopping rule
Exhaust all results and explicit product/metadata pagination for this declared interface; record unavailable or capped retrieval as such.
Result

5 UNOSAT product records. 5 discovery records; 21 per-run distinct asset URLs. Automated screening, with new candidates under review and known identities retained. Public JavaScript establishes same-origin POST /our_products/ with title, region, date_from/date_to, is_charter and is_active; pagination appears client-side. Freeze native requests in query log before use. Native product descriptions are preliminary and explicitly not field validated. Nuwakot product metadata contains Rasuwa municipality names; retained as conflicting source metadata, not corrected by assumption. The four district/combined/lake records match existing HDX-derived resources; product 4256 is a separately described live service. Shared downloadable geodatabases do not make all product scopes identical. Related-product links reproduce the same four IDs; no additional event product appeared.
