Method and provenance

Production method
Fifteen volunteers used Zooniverse to mark apparent road blockages or bridge damage in 3 m PlanetScope imagery. The project generated a consensus point layer, and an expert compared the marks with satellite imagery in GIS.
Provenance
Produced by the Planetary Response Network using Planet Labs imagery and HOT OpenStreetMap road data, then published through HDX.
Validation
Partially Validated
Uncertainty
The points are crowdsourced image interpretations. Expert imagery review is documented, but no field validation is stated.
Limitations
Assessment was limited to primary and secondary roads in Rasuwa, Nuwakot, and Kathmandu regions. The 22 points indicate interpreted blockage locations and should not be generalized to unassessed roads.
